Start/Finish - Sulby Claddaghs GR 388 943

Ascend through Ohio Plantation & follow footpath to top of Narradale lane GR 404 924. Manned Safety control (1) & (9) first aid
Proceed around Slieu Managh plantation (out of bounds) to Slieu Managh Summit GR 396 910 Unmanned control (2)
Descend to stream wall junction 400yds upstream of Bloc Eary GR 394 897 Unmanned control (3)
Manned safety control (4) first aid at Bungalow GR 397 867
Unmanned control (5) Snaefell summit GR 398 881
Controls (4) & (5) Can be taken in either order NO RUNNING ON TRAM LINES OR ROAD. Road is out of bounds and must not be crossed either!
Descend to Mountain Box. Manned Safety control (6) first aid GR 410 897
Descend to Glen Auldyn stream junction GR 420 912 Unmanned control (7)
Ascend to tarn GR 411 915 Unmanned control (8) DO NOT CROSS WIRE FENCE
Return to top of Narradale lane. Manned control (1) & (9 ) first aid and back through Ohio plantation to finish
