VIRTUAL CHARITY PUB QUIZ!
On the back of the MMM virtual quiz the other night I'm going to host a more general fell running one this evening (Sunday 12th April) at 8pm. It'll be conducted via video conference (Lifesize) and there will be prizes for the winner and runner up in the form of Up and Running vouchers (£30 for the winner, £20 for the runner up) which I'll post out. There is no entry fee as such but if you could make a donation to www.crowdshield.im that'd be appreciated. They are a group of local companies and volunteers focused on the supply of PPE equipment for the hospital and front line workers, any surplus will be donated to the Manx solidarity fund. When donating you can add a reference to the 'MFR quiz' if you like. It's all a bit of fun and reliant on honesty!
JOINING INSTRUCTIONS
The quiz will be conducted via a virtual “pub” meeting room which you can access via the link below. It’s always open if you need to test the connection in advance. To prevent unnecessary noise I’d recommend using headphones and muting your microphone unless you need to speak. It works via a web browser (Chrome is best) or you can download the app for your mobile (Lifesize), or install the Windows app. https://call.lifesizecloud.com/download
