Kit Requirements: Full safety kit (head to ankle waterproofs with attached hood, hat, gloves, map, compass and whistle) is required for those running the full course.
Short course runners must carry a waterproof jacket and whistle. Whistles will be available at registration.
please car share wherever possible as parking is very limited. any issues with parking may jeopardise the race being held in the future. the registration and start area is an easy 1 mile walk or jog from ballaugh village which is served by public bus 5 & 6 (dep 11:50 from peel or 12:05 from ramsey).
