Walter's Book
/Walter Kennaugh made a meticulous record of local fell races, all detailed in a hand written account which has now been scanned to preserve it in electronic form. It makes for a great read and covers results from 1988 all the way through to 2006.
You can view the scanned version here but bear in mind that as it is scanned in colour it is around 60Mb in size so please be patient when downloading it! Colour was the best option to preserve as much detail and feel for the original as possible but a black & white copy will be made available also. It is also planned to transfer the results to a format which can be published on the website (thanks to Roger Moughtin who is meticulously typing each race results into a spreadsheet!)
