Round 7 of the Callin Wild Manx Fell Running League takes place this Wednesday (22nd June) at 7pm. The Sean Craig sponsored Snaefell Race is a 8km/5 mile AS category race starting and finishing at the Bungalow.

Registration is from 6pm and all runners will set off at 7pm - there is no early start.

All runners must turn up with full safety gear (full waterproof body cover, hat, gloves, compass, whistle, map) and a decision on what to carry will be made on the day based on weather conditions.

Minimum age for this race is 16.

A full route description and map are available at http://manxfellrunners.org/snaefell. Note that there will not be a punch at the first unmanned control at Cronk y Vaare - just touch the cairn. The first punch is at Snaefell Mines followed by Clagh Ouyr summit and Snaefell summit.

This race includes a road crossing at Black Hut - please be patient and only cross on instruction from a marshal.
