Winter Hill League Round 3 - Slieau Whallian
/The final round of the Aston International sponsored Winter Hill League will be held on Saturday, 9th December at the Sleau Whallian plantation in St Johns
Start time is 1.30pm with registration from 12.15. The Tynwald Inn Pub have kindly allowed us to use the restaurant for registration (keep any muddy shoes outside!) PLEASE KEEP THE MAIN PUB CAR PARK FREE WHEN REGISTERING. Minimum age for entry is 12 years old on race day, 13 by December 31st.
Noting the above about avoiding using the main pub car park, please use the large car park adjoining the railway line behind the pub on the Peel side, or the one adjoining Station Road. These are highlighted in yellow below.
Following the conclusion of the race, food will be available in the Tynwald Inn Restaurant (pasties & chips, including vege/vegan options) and finally the league presentation.
IMPORTANT NOTES ON ENTRIES
If you competed in round one or two and paid for the series no further action is required. Just turn up and collect a (new) number.
If you entered and paid for the series but couldn’t make round 1 or 2 also just turn up and collect a number.
If you competed in round 1 or 2 but only paid for each race, you can either pay online for round 3 at https://manxfellrunners.sumupstore.com/products Or you pay cash or card (4G permitting!) on the day. You do not need to submit another entry.
If you did not enter for round 1 or 2 you can use the pre entry form to register and pay online or on the day (online preferred). PRE ENTRY LINK (for those who have neither pre-entered or competed in round one only)
NOTE THAT SIMPLY SUBMITTING A PAYMENT WITHOUT REGISTERING YOUR DETAILS VIA THE ENTRY FORM DOES NOT CONSTITUTE AN ENTRY. WE NEED ADDITIONAL INFORMATION LIKE AGE, CATEGORY, CLUB AND CONTACT DETAILS TO REGISTER AN ENTRY, NOT JUST DETAILS OF THE PERSON MAKING THE PAYMENT.
