Runners, please note UPDATE 2 for 2014 races on the INFORMATION PAGE. They can also be downloaded here.

2014 Race routes are being finalised with changes to checkpoints (refer to UPDATE 1 on the INFORMATION PAGE for reasons why) and are currently being updated on the website.
