Axnfell 2020 - Race Info & Pre Entry
/The final counter in the 2020 Callin Wild sponsored IOM Fell Running League will take place on Saturday 19th of September. The Axnfell is arguably the toughest race on the Manx calendar covering 33kms with a tortuous 1800m of ascent. Start and finish will be at the Axnfell Plantation car park with a start time of 8.00. Registration will be from 7.00 until 7.45. Full safety gear is mandatory for all runners and this will be checked at registration. Minimum age is 18 years on race day.
Everyone planning to take part are advised to recce the course but please do not go on any of the sections that go over private property. These sections will be flagged on race day.Full race details here https://manxfellrunners.org/axnfell
Assuming there is sufficient interest there will be a shorter course for novices over a route that will include the first section of the full course. Minimum age 16.
